You may need to select Yes to allow the app to make changes to your device

Once it loads, you'll be presented with a 9 digit number you will provide to Michael

-Click the blue GET STARTED (button)

-You may be prompted to DOWNLOAD CHROME or CONTINUE ANYWAY (buttons)

-Click Remote Support

-Click the blue GENERATE CODE. This is the number you will provide to Michael

-Once Michael types it onto his computer, select Share

Mac Instructions

-Click Remote Support

-Click the bluish circle download arrow (lower right corner of screen)

-Click the blue Add to Chrome (button)

-Click the Add extension (button)

-Save the file somewhere on your computer

-Click ACCEPT & INSTALL (button)

-Click blue Yes (button)

-Double click the Chrome Remote Desktop Host.pkg object

-Click Continue

-Select Install

-Enter your computer password, then click Install Software

-Click GOT IT

-Click the blue GENERATE CODE. This is the number you will provide to Michael

-Once Michael types it onto his computer, select Share

-Click Open System Preferences (button)

Chrome Remote Assistance

-Click the padlock, enter computer password, then check the box next to RemoteAssistanceHost

-Click the padlock again to lock it

-You may be prompted to grant access in a few different areas
