The recent sale of GTA 5: Premium Edition on the Epic Games Store had a download size of 94GB, which makes for a huge download.
This is considering that GTA 5 comes along with GTA: Online which is another huge addition to the game.
The game would need at least 100 GB of space on your HDD, in order to leave room for future content updates and patches that GTA: Online receives periodically.

Grand Theft Auto 5 update 1.06 is now available for download on the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms, bringing with it the free Beach Bum DLC on the PS3, while Xbox 360 owners need to get the add-on separately via the Xbox Live Games Store.

GTA 5 came out back in September, and throughout the month of October Rockstar tried to solve all the different issues plaguing the game's multiplayer mode, including lots of problems relating to saving progress and having it deleted.
Now, a brand new patch for GTA 5 has just been released by Rockstar for the game's owners on the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms.
On the PS3, the patch includes, besides various bug fixes, the free Beach Bum DLC that brings new jobs, vehicles, weapons, and customization options. On the Xbox 360, GTA 5 owners will have to download the Beach Bum pack separately via the Xbox Games Store for free, as it couldn't be included in the update.
